An operation is counted every time someone submits a form or a flow executes one action. A flow is made of a trigger (e.g. when someone submits a form) and actions (e.g. send a Slack message). Assuming a scenario where you have a form and a flow with 2 actions (e.g. send an email and then send a Slack message) that is triggered when someone submits the form. This scenario would consume 3 operations: 1 for submitting a form and 2 for executing 2 flow actions.
Setting up your first flows or forms could take only few minutes. However, it happens that users need to build projects that require specific understanding of the problem. As we are committed to your success, enterprise customers will have custom packages for implementation, training, and ongoing support with a dedicated Customer Engineer.
By default, Arengu creates a workspace where all your forms and flows will be safely stored. Depending on your plan, you can create new workspaces and invite team accounts to a workspace so they will be able to view or edit your forms and flows.
